Andrea is the best-selling author of We Need to Talk: Your Guide to Challenging Business Conversations, and a coaching profession pioneer over the last 20 years. Her clients have started family foundations donating millions to global causes such as domestic violence and LGBTQ issues, and grown their businesses from scratch to over $8 million in revenue.

She currently resides in a rural Vancouver Island community with her husband, their beloved Vizsla Oz, and their bees.
